Audrey Wubbenhorst is a board director and a Professor of Communications and Business Strategy at Humber Polytechnic. Prior to joining Humber, she worked at BMO Financial Group.
Ms. Wubbenhorst has partnered with many organizations as a consultant, helping to assess board effectiveness, develop better governance structures, and build high-performing boards. She served on the boards of several organizations, including Humber Polytechnic, Toronto Community Housing Corporation, FirstOntario Credit Union, and BUILD Toronto. Ms. Wubbenhorst has also served as a school board trustee.
Ms. Wubbenhorst holds an MA in Communications, an MBA, and an ICD.D. designation from the Rotman School of Management. She has also completed the Rotman-ICPM Pension Governance Education Program.
