All first year, full-time students starting classes in Fall 2023 are charged a fee of $337 for the TMSU Members’ Health and Dental Plan. The charge is reflected on your tuition fee statement and includes health and dental benefits provided by the Plan. Benefits coverage is from September 1, 2023 until August 31, 2024.

All new full-time students just starting classes in Winter 2024 are charged a fee of $281.00 for the TMSU Members’ Health and Dental Plan. The charge is reflected on your tuition fee statement and includes health and dental benefits provided by the Plan.

Benefits coverage is from January 1, 2024 until August 31, 2024. If you are a full-time student in the Fall 2023 term and charged the TMU Health Fee of $337 in Fall 2023 tuition, and you did NOT opt out before the opt out deadline for Fall 2023, you cannot opt-out during the winter term opt out deadline.
If you are a returning student who has never opted out, you will receive the charge as well.

Students enrolled in a Chang School certificate program (except IEEQB program), a part-time program, Graduate Program (except Law Program through Lincoln School of Alexander) or students not enrolled in a minimum of one full-time undergraduate course offered through TMU are not eligible to be covered by the TMSU Members’ Health and Dental Plan.

FRIDAY, October 6th, 2023.
