I am Thomas Fronczkowski, a third-year Civil Engineering student in the Structural stream, running to be one of your (2) TMSU Directors for the Faculty of Engineering and Architectural Science alongside Ishan Dubey, as part of the Zenith slate. I currently serve as Civil Engineering Director at MUES, a team lead on TMECT (Toronto Metropolitan Engineering Concrete Toboggan), and as a Frosh Leader. I’m running to ensure FEAS students have stronger advocacy, better support, and a louder voice within the TMU community.
My priorities are:
1. Academic Support – Expand tutoring, improve exam prep resources, and increase transparency between students and course coordinators.
2. Student Experience – Secure FEAS-exclusive study spaces and increase funding for design teams, course unions, and engineering initiatives.
3. Career & Industry Access – Advocate for engineering-focused career advising, stronger industry connections, and more accessible co-op and internship opportunities.
Outside of engineering, I enjoy coloring, playing outside, and video games, especially Rust, CS:GO, and Dark Souls, which help me critically think and stay strategic, throughout the school year
