Empowerment Pole Dancing

Due to popular demand, it’s back! We are offering FREE half-hour, one- on-one, trauma-informed intro pole dancing lessons to support folks in building confidence, reclaiming their sexuality, and empowering survivors. No prior knowledge, fitness ability, or materials required! To register for the event, complete the form in our linktree  or here, and you will receive a link to book your half hour time slot.
