DisOrientation Week 2023

September 11 – 15th, 2023

Join your students’ union for a week of advocacy and learn how you can get involved in our campus community and make a difference in the world.

Empowerment Self Defence Classes

Drop-in for either of the two sessions taking place during DisOrientation week. Both sessions take place in the Margaret Laurence Rom on the 2nd floor of the SCC building (55 Gould St.).

Meet local business owners, offices on campus, and team members from your students’ union! We will have our Equity Service Centre staff present for you to meet and learn how you can get involved in our campaigns and equity work on campus.

Join us for an art showcase that is celebrating the resilience of people with disabilities, and the importance of accessibility.

Enjoy performances by TMU students and community members, and the open mic will begin partway through the event for anyone to participate.
