I am a dedicated Faculty of Science student who is passionate about strengthening the academic, professional, and social experience of science students at TMU. Throughout my time at the university, I have seen both the incredible opportunities available to our community and the challenges many students face in accessing support, resources, and representation. These experiences motivated me to run for the position of Faculty of Science Director with the Toronto Metropolitan Students’ Union (TMSU).

My goal is to ensure that science students feel heard, supported, and connected. I want to advocate for stronger academic support, improved communication between students and faculty leadership, and more opportunities for research, career development, and networking. Science students often navigate demanding programs, and it is essential that the students’ union actively works to make their voices part of decisions that affect their education and campus life.

If elected, I will focus on listening to student concerns, bringing forward their ideas, and working collaboratively with student groups, faculty leadership, and TMSU to create meaningful change. I believe that effective representation comes from accessibility, transparency, and a genuine commitment to serving the student community.

I am running because I care deeply about the Faculty of Science and the people in it. I want to help build a stronger, more inclusive environment where students have the support and opportunities they need to succeed both during their time at TMU and beyond.
