gfc.coordinator@yourtmsu.ca

Rob is a registered social worker and the Coordinator of the Good Food Centre. He focuses on building a campus food system that works for everyone, coordinating everything from the food bank and rooftop garden to research on student food security.
Before joining the TMSU, Rob spent many years working with seniors living with Alzheimer’s and dementia, as well as providing support to their caregivers, friends, and families. Rob has also facilitated inter-generational housing initiatives that connect seniors and post-secondary students. Most recently, he coordinated the Mabelle Pantry and Mabelle Good Food Market, where, with strong community collaboration, he helped provide food security support to more than 500 households each month. Before entering social work, Rob worked in the arts as a puppeteer and juggler, skills he continues to draw on to bring creativity and warmth to his work.
