Seating
The concert venue is general admission, no seats or locations are reserved for each ticket. The 19+ area has seating available but it is not reserved or assigned per ticket either. If you use a mobility device like a wheelchair or walker and are concerned about accessing the space, please email vp.life@yourtmsu.ca.
Lighting
The concert venue will be using bright lights and they may shine into the audience at times.
Washrooms
The venue has gendered washrooms.
FAQ
Can non-TMU students attend the concert?
TMU students are allowed to bring up to 1 non-TMU students with them to the concert. You will be required to show your OneCard at the entrance, and you will need to arrive with your guests at the same time.
Is there coat check?
There will be a coat check service that costs 3$ per item, cash only. Any large bags or backpacks must be kept at coat check.
Is there an ATM on site?
There are multiple ATMs on site, but there are additional ATM fees.
Is the concert open to the public?
No, only TMU students or guests of TMU students are able to attend.
Can I drink without the 19+ tickets?
Yes, there will be designated areas that alcohol can be purchased and consumed. You do not need to have purchased the 19+ zone tickets to purchase alcohol at the event.
Smoking and Vaping
There is zero smoking or vaping allowed inside the venue, but there is a designated outdoor smoking area that you can come in and out of during the event.
Concert Safety
Student union staff and volunteers will be identifiable and can help with safety concerns that come up the night of.
Venue security will also be available throughout the night.
Centre for Safer Sex and Sexual Violence Support Staff will have a stationary table which you can visit for support with intervention, de-escalation, post-incident support, naloxone distribution for overdoses, and free safer sex materials.

Refund requests will not be accepted after 5PM on September 25, 2023. Please email info@yourtmsu.ca to request a refund before this deadline.
