DESCRIPTION:The Centre for Safer Sex and Sexual Violence Support is excited to bring a somatic movement workshop to the TMU community with Shaila Khan\, registered psychotherapist qualifying). This event is trauma-informed and open to all students who would benefit from somatic exploration in a non-judgmental spaces event. \n\n\n\nThrough guided somatic practices drawn from dance/movement therapy\, expressive arts therapy\, mindfulness\, self-compassion\, and belly dance traditions\, participants will explore how the body’s wisdom can support emotional regulation and resilience.
